Job Interview

If the initial impression has convinced both you and us, the next step is a first interview via MS Teams. During this interview, you'll have the opportunity to engage with your future manager and the respective HR business partner.

Get Together

Providing you with an authentic insight is crucial to us. During a personal or digital "get together," you can learn more about the team, your potential responsibilities, and grenke as an employer.

Here's how the application process works:

  1. Open the desired job posting on the career portal and click on "Apply Now."
  2. After creating your user account and submitting your application for the position, you can upload all necessary details and documents.
  3. In your user account, you can track the current status of your application.

When submitting your application, be sure to include your resume. Additionally, we welcome your current certificates and a cover letter.

Resume:

  • Personal details such as name, address, date, and place of birth
  • Professional experience
  • Language skills, international experience

Certificates:

  • Relevant work certificates and attestations

Cover Letter (optional):

  • For which open position are you applying? Please also specify the location.

We can only consider applications submitted through our career portal. This is also the quickest and easiest way for you, and there are just a few things to keep in mind:

  • We accept PDF, DOCX, or JPG files.
  • Please ensure that you name your documents specifically (e.g., with your first and last name and the job title).
  • Attachments must not exceed a maximum file size of 10MB.
